    new guy needs an answer

    Have done some test tren in the past but it was small amount now I m doing a test, deca dbol cycle I m on my 4th week now and I haven't seen anything but side effects I m 31 6'2" currently 214 I was 208 before I star it , I take 750 test E a week 250 deca a week and 40mg a day dbol is it too soon too see anything???

    Sides? Bf%? Diet? You said you increased 6lbs right?

    Well you said you started at 208 and now you are 214...what the hell else do you want? That's 6 lbs in 4 weeks. My guess is it is mostly water weight from dbol that you will lose most of. The test should be JUST getting going...give it some time. If your gear is real then at that dose of test you will see it...if diet and traing are good as well

    I feel blotted bf16% I eat clean I eat every 2 hrs is tuna fish, protein bars protein shakes workout 6 days a week and i don't really feel like I have before whit the small cycles full of energy

    T dog yea man I have letro pill 2.5mg but I got me some liquid letro easy too manage

    Grind up some oats mix it with water and drink that shit! Huge clean carb source!

    Couldn't you just mix some whole wheat flour with water and drink it? I'm thinking this would be basically the same thing, lol

    Yeah if you like drinking sludge ?? Go ahead and throw a cup of whole wheat flour in a shaker cup and see where that goes.

    And really once you get the water to ground oats ratio right it's actually really good!!

    But when you really think about it... One cup of flour on water.. That's like.. Paste. May as well build a brick shit house rather than be one haha

    Shit I drink and eat anything as long as it helps me I eat 250 gram of protein I do eat pasta, rice potatoes I guess I just don't eat enough but I m always full

    It's not all about protein!! The big 3 man. Protein carbs fats. Need to have them at a consistent rate everyday. These guys would know the calculation for growth but I don't haha

    K guys last question I have enough test and deca 2 go 14 weeks I was only planning on 10 weeks so what u guys think?

    DIET in check first!

    Test E is better at 12wks then 10wks.
