Poison ivy ! Prednisone

As planning on starting first cycle this coming Monday (just test hcg and aromasin)and last week came down with poison ivy . I'm highly allergic and have to take prednisone to clear it up.
My questions are
Is prednisone synthetic cortisol ?
Will it affect my cycle?
Should I just wait till I'm done script.

i use prednisone for other reasons. It will not effect your cycle and you should be on it for only a short time for poison ivy

I just wouldnt take it long. Shouldnt need it many days for poison ivy unless you had a massive allergic reaction.

ivy wouldnt really effect your cycle but if for you personally its such a big deal, cant see the harm in waiting a week or two to cycle? no big rush mate.

I feel the same I'm gonna wait, would rather have minimal foreign substances so as to pinpoint any sides
