can you post your diet and work out hard to give advice if we dont know what you are doing.
And whats the point of a big cycle if you cant eat right?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
I eat about 3500 calories a day with a lot of protein mainly steak and chicken but have trouble gettin breakfast in sometimes and for workout it's 5-6 days a week hour of weights 15-30min of cardio and I'm 6"1 185
You need to be changing your workout around all the time from rep ranges and different excercises. If your doing the same thing day in and day out you will develop muscle memory and the muscles won't want to grow. You have to keep shocked the body every few weeks. You should be eating more also. How old are you ?
Yeah if you arnt eating correctly for size, doesnt matter how big a cycle you take/do.
