Did you find one? I'm currently utilizing Defy Medical out of Tampa but would like to find a local physician and one that will prescribe more than a maintenance dose of T-cyp to more aggressively treat my low T of 109, so that I may see more muscle gains. I've seen a marked improvement now that my t is in the 800's but I know it needs to be much higher for better gains.

And I tried the lef link but it could only locate a chiropractor in our area and they don't appear to do anything other than return testosterone to normal levels.

    Welcome OrmandMan!

It's a 3 year old thread you bumped up and I have no clue whether the op is still around or not. Defy Medical and Lowtestosterone.com are good organizations for hormone replacement. Remember, there's a difference between HRT and cycling, and neither of those businesses can help you regarding a cycle. If they did they'd eventually be out of business.

If your in the 800's and your free T is near the top of the chart then that's about as good as it will get when it comes to TRT. Free T is what works for you, not total T so use that level as your guide. Beyond that, you can make great gains with your new found youthful levels of testosterone, just focus on your training and nutrition. You'll get there.
