Wow... that is quite the transformation man. I'm pretty amazed at how you don't have loose skin or gyno. You must feel like 500% better about yourself.

Impressive! gonna keep lifting and improving your physique, I assume?

Thanks man! Actually i feel 1000% better! The skin around my lower belly is a little loose but i feel it can be tightened up a bit more. I run over 60 miles a week, i feel that my cardio helped with gyno and the loose skin. And yes, i will continue to keep working hard and gain some more lean muscle. The reason i got back to the gym was a friend of mine said i couldnt loose the weight. So i whowed his ass! I will keep it up as long as my body allows!

Sadly before i really noticed i was FAT! It just came outta nowhere. Eating pure junk like mcdonalds and snacks late at night with absolutely no exercise. The big thing that got be back to the gym was trying to tie my own shoes! When you get winded tieing your shoes, its time to loose some weight. It only took like a year and a half to two years to get that fat. Amazing how fast things get outta control. Thanks for all the complements, makes me feel ive done well.
