    Any options on the best pure creatine that works? What's the one that really works?

    the one that is mono and is the cheapest. that's the best one for me.

    A good reputable creatine monohydrate micronized..look for Creapure.

    I've heard that studies show monohydrate is more effective than the ethyl ester kind.

    yep. another vote for creapure monohydrate. i get Allmax creatine. its 20 bucks for 1000gr

    Just don't pay too much for it. It's one thing if you want to pay more for the taste, but generally speaking I've had equal success between X2 and ON, only payed a lot more for X2...But I did like the X2 taste better.

    Don't overthink your creatine. Just get the ON. Simple, cheap, effective. Not many thinks like that.
