Accutane side-effect

I had agressive acne when i was younger and ran Accutane for 1 year subscribed and monitored by a doctor.
Had no bad side-effects besides drying out which is unavoidable and all my blood work was fine. The cure did clean up everything 100%, this was before i ever ran a cycle.

I have now ran several cycles with test only and test + different compounds. The first 3-4 cycles i ran test only and only had some small breakout during pct and it cleaned itself up. When i started mixing in other compunds i started getting breakouts during cycles and it will not go away after ended cycle/pct. Its not agressive as it was earlier but small breakouts on a constant basis.
So i decided to stay on test only for my future cycles which is good enough for my needs anyways.

Well, enough history.

My doctor wont subscribe Accutane for me again since the problem isnt very big now so am gonna take care of that myself. Accutane being a serious drug am looking for someone with experience of running this unmonitored over a period of time and/or on several different times.
F.ex: me showing no side-effects running it over a year, will that mean i most likely wont get any next time also?
Anyone with bad experiences after running it successfull several times?

Been on it for 4 months at 30-20mg Ed to clear up bad post cycle acne and to stay clear during current cycle, ran 30mg till I was clear and 20mg after that, have not had any side effects that I am aware of other than no acne and very dry lips. Im about to come off the stuff in the next few days pct finishes tomorrow and I've ran out of accutane, also don't plan on cycling in the future at this stage

I don't think you have to run it for a full year. 4 months is plenty. It should prevent you from breaking out in any cycles run within a year after you stop taking it. I would definitely do regular bloodwork if you took it for longer than 4 months - there's a reason it's prescribed for 4-month cycles with a 6-month break in between.

I've noticed many people on the boards take very small dosages. Take 40mg / day and you'll probably avoid the need to take it for such a prolonged period of time.

Everyone is different, you need to find what works for you, and on a gram plus of test, is dosnt matter if I have just finished 60mg or whatever the normal derma protocol is, I will still be destroyed with acne if I dont run a low maintenance dose, with massive amounts of exogenous test in the equation, I reckon a derma would advise a maintaince dose aswell, but the protocol they advise is NOT for AAS users, therefore itt cant be taken as the only/best way since the suitaiton is different
