Ok. Just had a baby , during the pregnancy I ate crappy like she did . but I was solid and strong before . Got a small case of gyno and I'm reversing now. Also just started ghrp and cjc cycle . 3xs on training days and 2 xs non training days.
My diet sucks. I'm doin a simple daily diet review .
Wake up , protien shake with banana 35g crabs 40g protien
At work 8-9 am wheat sandwich with turkey and cheddar cheese . 25g carbs 30g protien
11am lunch pure protien bar 30 g protien with apple25 g carbs.
1pm musclemilk RTD 25G protien and 6g carbs.
On workout days post workout 5g glutimine 40g whey and 50g fast carbs .
Dinner is usually brown rice with broccoli and 1 chickenbreast 30g carbs 30-40g protien .
171 g carbs and 200g protien
My goal is to lean from cjc and ghrp before I start a cycle of gear again .
I workout everyother day. Always intense . Do abs and cardio on those days as well. Usually HIIT for cardio 15-30mins depending on schedule .
I can add pics looking for a overall critique . I honestly dont know anything about macros so a help would be awesome .
