Weight
Bf%
Lifting experience
Current diet
We can go from there and steer you in the correct direction then.

10ml of test cyp isn't a cycle my friend.
Unless its dosed at 500mg/ml that way you can take .5cc twice a week.
Is this your first cycle?
If so you need to forget about the deca and concentrate on a TEST ONLY cycle first with solid pct.
If you run multiple compounds and get a reaction you won't know which is causes the issues. But if you run test only and that's ok and later on in life try deca and you get problems you can drop off the deca safely.
