soo, i was doing chest and back today, decided to change the order i do things, so i started off with 3 sets of decline bb, then started flat db presses, did the 1st set to failure got 8 reps, had a 4-5 minute break, then went for the 2nd set, couldn't lift the db's up....didn't even get 1 rep had to drop em... wtf.
i figured maybe i just wasn't concentrating, so tried again, got like 3 reps.... so i just dropped down a couple weights and did my last set got like 8 reps. then did incline db presses, that went normal. then flys and cable flys.. then my usual back routine.. which went normal.
just wondering where the fvck my strength went on the 2nd set flat db presses..... anyone think its because i switch the routine around? (usually start with flat, then incline, then decline, then flys) and im not on any pre workout supps or anything...
