Mix it up and have fun. I usually go pretty light but w/ a lot of reps. Like how many times i can bb curl 65lbs. Leg press 270lb. Or super set deads wbench. All kinds of stuff.
I agree. I work out with a buddy and we are always doing things like see how many reps you can do in 1 minute.Originally Posted by stpete
