What size needle? and size syringe do you need? like 18g to draw the steroid, then like 23g to inject but what in needle an cc size for syringe?

3ml/cc for syringe.

18g to draw. 23g or 25g to inject. 1.5" for glutes. 1" is fine for everywhere else.

It does worry me that you are starting a cycle without having done enough reading to know what you need. Be safe!

I've heard its not ideal to draw with a needle larger than 21, because it tears up the stopper pretty bad.

Probably not a huge deal tho.

It's not a huge deal until you have chunks of rubber floating in your vial...

Does this happen to you, or rather, did it happen when you used an 18g?

I used a 20ml vial once that started to look haggard, but I have never had a problem with a 10ml. I have never had a rubber floater.

Maybe I will try something else at reorder time.

I've never had a problem drawing with a 23g and switching pins to another 23g to inject. And as said above, 1.5 inch for glutes and I use 1 inch for everywhere else.

I draw with 18g, inject with 25g. Never had an issue with visible debris in the bottle....although I am fighting an infection from a week old injection so perhaps something was there that wasn't visible.

OP, every thread you post shows more and more how little you know. You aren't listening to sound advice offered by experienced members and your arrogance could bite you in the arse. It continually baffles me why guys come here seeking the advice of knowledgable members and then completely ignore what they are told when it doesn't fit with their personal agenda.

I used to use 27g but fell asleep half way through each injection. Lol

I like the slow push of a 25g. I seem to get more soreness when I inject more quickly.

I will get some smaller pulling needles next time. I have no need for that big pipe, I just get them out of habit.

I agree with that. I pin at a rate of 1 minute per ML.

30sec per ml for me. And I do 3cc in glutes and quads.

18's to draw and 23's to pin. I thought i used to go fast, and to some of you i would have been. That was until i was hospitalized. Have you guys ever had meds given to you a couple times every 2-3 hours? If not, those nurses are CRAZY w injections! They would literally put 2-3cc's in me(one right after the other) as fast as they could. And this was after i was stable! So after i got home and ready again, i tried the same thing. Thought, well if they did it let's check it out. Freakin easy and injection time is fast as hell. hahaha....

I use 20g to draw, 23 to pin. Don't wanna tear up the stopper and anything smaller than 23 seems like it would take forever to push in.

The nurse that was pinning me had strong hands; she would hammer 1.5 cc in my glutes. I am guessing 2-3 seconds. I would get occasional soreness and sometimes a lump of tight muscle in my glutes. I just got the script so I am going to try a little slower to see if the soreness is still an issue.
