heres my routine and i was just debating over the sets and reps. let me know what you think and also any comments or criticism. my goals are mass and power. thanks, lift BIG!!!

Day 1
chest-
flat bench
incline
flys
dips

triceps-
french press(seated overhead ext)
skullcrushers (DB)
kickbacks

Day 2
back-
deadlift
widegrip pullup
seated rows
one arm rows

bicep-
straightbar curl
hammer curl
seated alt. DB curl

Day 3
legs-
squat
quad ext/curls
leg press
calf raise

shoulders-
seated DB press
lateral raise
front raise
bent over lateral raise
shrugs


any comments are welcome i workout 4-5 days a week and do abs for 5-10 mins every workout...(and a goal of mine is to have shoulders like BANE frome the dark night) haha maybe one day
