I've thought about running 50mcg for the first 2 weeks of PCT for this reason.

This is what I've done in my research. I found my rat to have a high tolerance to the side effects, due to previous stimulant use. In my first trial my rat jumped to 120mcg on day 5. Slight shakes, but the next day nothing. From then on I just watched my rat's HR during exercise.
From then on, I've just used 120mcg daily in my research, along with ketofen after day 12. (2 doses of 60mcg split up. Before morning cardio, and after I get back or 2-3hrs later)
Body temperature should be watched as well.
I hate the way clen makes me feel. I love the way it makes me look.
I use to use it a lot especially in pct. Helps you to hold onto tissue at a time when your need it the most. Great addition and works well.

Not that Clen with PCT will hurt anything but the anabolic properties of it have been proven false several times over. Or more accurately, when the anabolic claim was made it was due to the original testing being done on rats. The rats given Clenbuterol displayed an enormous amount of anabolic activity. However, it doesn't appear to translate in human beings.

A few things:
1. I didn't say you had to be in a calorie deficit. I'm saying some people need to drop their total caloric intake down from where it was while on cycle. Without the added hormonal support, fat gain becomes much easier when you're consuming excess calories.
2. Everyone always talks about "keeping gains" but that is such a strong general statement. In my years, the vast majority of the gear I used was when dieting. Yes, I used gear in the off-season too but far more during contest prep and things like that. So at this stage, when you come off it's not about protecting a butt load of muscle mass you just gained, it's about letting your body normalize. A lot of guys end up putting on so much unnecessary fat after a hard diet like this...I've done it myself...you really have to be careful and smart when coming off gear with your diet after a cutting run of a contest caliber.
3. For several years I ran 2-3 cycles per year, PCT in-between and all that. Then for 3-4yrs I was pretty much on something non-stop...big cycles, cruise on 200mg/wk of test, repeat. Currently, the last couple years I run my TRT script and nothing more.

In a standard 4 week PCT (nolva 40/40/20/20 + clomid 100/100/50/50) what dosages are recommended to just help preserve the muscle tissue?
Also, if I were to only use the clen for 2 weeks during the pct (this is assuming I can't get any keto) which of the two weeks should I choose?
