Hey guys, I just registered on the forum but I've been visiting for about 2 months doing research. I plan to continue researching until about november which is when I plan to begin my 12 week cycle. I just wanted to post my plan and get a few questions answered.

Height: 6'2
Weight: 185
BF: about 15%
Age: 26
Years training: 4
My plan is to workout 3 days a week, while eating healthy(i'll post another thread to get help with workout routine and diet.

QUESTION 1: Is this a good cycle for a first timer?(my goal is just to gain some mass)
QUESTION 2: Is there an alternative to Nolvadex? I havent found it yet.
QUESTION 3: Any other suggestions?
