    2 yrs progress. 150-205

Went from a mend medium just falling off me to largest fitting tight. My training was geared towards strength, not size. I compete in powerlifting. None the less, size gains have been pretty decent

    Great transformation man!

Gained a boat load of mass and you dont look too soft for being a powerlifter.

    Nice work.

Awesome work man. What in the beginning made you decide to start lifting?

I believe I was 178lbs. I wanted to wait longer to start, I added a lean 28lbs in a year. But I had my first competition coming up and wanted a boost before it. I deadlifted 525lbs at 175lbs with straps (oct 2011) before I started cycling. Then in January of this year pulled 605lbs at 187lbs. I'm around 205 now and I haven't maxxed recently but id say somewhere in 640lb range

Ex gf told me I couldn't get big or have a muscular physique. It "wasn't my body type".

Trying to stay in my weight class (198) at the moment. Ill bulk over winter and compete in 220 next year. But I have another competition in about a month and can't gain much till then.

nice man great transformation! I myself was motivated by someone telling me i couldn't be big or ever look big lol. My exs aunt told me I would be skinny my whole life and never look muscular. Started at 155 at 6'1" and im 215 around 9% bf today after about 3 years of hard training. Keep up the good work and rememeber "haters are our motivators"!! lol

I didn't take anything the first year. I ran one cycle end of 2011, and on my 2nd for 2012.

Made progress though? The scale isn't everything. 210 at 20% isn't the same as 210 at 8%
