    casein protein

Worth the purchase? I know real protein is always gonna be better, and I've actually red some negative things about the bio availability of the protein in these casein powders...

So just skip this stuff and eat some cottage cheese before bed? Or what would be a good alternative?

overall, cottage cheese is MORE expensive per gram of protein than casein powder.

That's fine, if it's worth it I'm sure it won't cost more than the gear lol.

To me Casein sux, I had heard it was a great source of night-time protein since it’s slow to digest. Then when I took the crap I found out why, the stuff forms a clump in your stomach and kinds sits there and slowly wreaks havoc on its way through your digestive tract, at least that was my experience with the nasty slug-o-goop.
