Hello everyone!
I'm new to this all but very interested and eager to learn. I 34yrs old 5'9, & sit at 180.
I workout 5-6 days a week. I start at 218lb this past March and with a decent diet and a lot of gym time I'm now at 180lb but I think i'm ready for the next step. I've done a lot of reading but still not sure where to start for my first cycle cause there's so may options. I want to bulk then cut any suggestions.
Workout
Mon- chest & tri
Tue- biceps and legs
Wen - shoulders and back
Thru -start all over
Sun- off day
