Hey guys, I recently got a SC joint sprain (probably grade II). And its been a month and almost and about 5 days now. My range of motion is fine and i can already do pushups with no pain. Its still just tender a bit though at certain spots and sometimes irritates me.
So I have a few questions for those who have experience with this type of injury.
#1 am I still healing? Should i be working out?
#2 I noticed a bump over my sc joint, will that go down in time? What is that thing anyways? is it still swelling? I heard people say for ac joints that it stays forever.... Is it the same for SC?
