Hello everyone,
What exactly is good nutrition?
It seems like many people in the TRT community seems to recommend a paleo diet without grains and processed carbs. Personally, I have eaten not completely paleo, but close to it and without any grains for a long time, without noticeing any differences. I still drank milk, so maybe that is what is missing to reap the benefits.
In the recent post from Dr Mariano, he also says that nutrition is the first thing he looks into.
But what is good nutrition really? Whole organic foods? Low carb? Moderate carb? High carb? What about protein? Fat?
I think we can agree that processed food may not be the best choice, but is grains really evil?
Curious to hear a discussion and some thoughts on this.
Thanks,
Renholder
