Does clomid really work

I've never taken clomid pills after a cycle because I couldn't find any but do they really help keep gains and bring test levels back to normal?
If any one has used them let me know the effects good or bad?

Yes, clomid works..I am on my post cycle clomid therapy right now and it is making a difference..I am a little more emotional than usual, but I haven't went off the deep end..YET!! And it will definitely add to your acne..I am generally acne free, but since I have started the clomid I look like an adolescent..I guess it's much better than the alternative!!

That depends on a number of other things too (like diet, training, rest, etc), not simply using clomid. If you want to keep your gains though, you should be doing EVERYTHING you can, including clomid therapy!
