    B12

    Random B12 question: I just got a 30ml vial of 1000mcg/ml .. How and how often do I dose it. The directions in the box are pretty confusing as to they are for people that have deficiency for it. Sorry for the lamo question. Also.. Quad glut or delt pin? Thx!

    When Ive used it Ive ran it at 1000mcg daily

    pin it anywhere your comfortable with, glutes,quads, delts etc

    @ cape.. For energy. I've heard it is good to add to a cycle.

    How long did you run the daily B12? It sounds like an enormous dose, 1ml daily.

    For the length of the cycle for appetite and well being, its not a large amount anything less doesn't touch me.

    I always try to hold off until i get to the point in my cycle where i feel i need a break. Food becomes a hassle, energy is spent dealing with small personal issues with wife that always seem to come up just when im peaking. 1 ml a day for the rest of my cycle at that point and continue thru pct. could all be in my head but thats what its all about, getting into ur head.

    1000mcg daily is the standard dose for bodybuilders. I take the same. I use a long insulin pin and rotate between biceps and triceps. When on cycle, I may add it to the syringe after adding the steroid oil. Looks pretty cool when you have B12 and a roid in the same syringe ;p

    Like a lava lamp!! I do B1, B6, B12. Especially with Tren. I think it's the B6 that helps with prolactin.

    Does it really work well with appetite? (As in increasing it)??? Does it mess with your metabolism at all? I want to k ow as well not to jack the thread but I am curious and would like assistance with my appetite on my next cycle as well...

    Yes it increases the appetite in many if the right dose is used. That's the main reason why I use to use it in my bulking cycles. I have to consume a lot of calories to build and bulk so adding b12 to a bulking cycle was of great benefit for me achieving my goals.
