Cipro is a common treatment for orchitis (inflammation of testes). Flank pain is not uncommon but it could be due to the Cipro or your infection spreading to your kidneys (pyelonephritis). On a scale of 1-10, 1 being very mild and 10 being extreme, how would you rate the pain?
If there is a secondary infection, the water retaining properties of dbol could be creating additional stress on your kidneys.
I suggest you notify your doc about the flank pain and see what his opinion is. Do NOT mention the dbol. He may want to test your renal markers for distress. Are there any observable changes in your urine (color, odor, clarity, flow)?
A caveat of Cipro is that it can weaken tendons and ligaments so you may want to back off your work outs to a lighter load to avoid any strain or tearing as damage to tendons/ligaments can take a long time to recover.
