HCG question please help

Hi guys doing my first cycle i am on week one 500 test e / week 2 shot E3D

I am 27 188 10% bf 5'11 my question is I have to run HCG from day one at 250 iu 2 times a week or can I star using it after 14 day of the first shot

I have adex as AI eod at .25mg

And for PCT Nolvadex and clomid 40/20/20/20 & 50/50/25/25
