3.5 months since PCT, Low T, normal E2, swollen nips

Im getting ready for my next cycle, its still a month away. Decided to get pre-cycle BW, first BW ever. My test came back at 369 ng/dl (Pretty low for a 25 yo) and estradiol at 24 pg/ml. Im worried about my test levels. Randomly in the last week my nipple has become swollen and is acting exactly like when Im on cycle and need to up my AI, but my E2 is ok so Im confused. Not sure if I've always had low T (a lot ofsymptoms have always been there and always wondered but never got BW) or its from the last cycle. I ran prop and tbol (last pin was 4.5 months ago) @ 500mg/week and 50 mg/ed for 8 weeks. HCG durring and nolva @ 40/40/20/20 & clomid @ 100/75/50/25 for pct. Felt 100% after and still now but thats only comparing to what I usually feel like which is I could just be used to low T.

I was thinking of runing some HCG and getting retested in a month? And maybe run some arimadex for the nips? But not sure on that one cause my E2 seems ok.

Advice would be really appreciated. I'd like to figure out what Im going to do asap cause the next cycle im running is really important I start it by mid-late October.

for medical treatment to boost natty test, i think clomid may be a better choice. it blocks the negative-feedback of your circulating estro, increase LH, FSH and subsequently test, if all goes well. hcg pretends to be LH to directly stimulate the testis but may itself have a negative feedback to decrease your natty LH.

as for your gyno, if you're not currently on a cycle, i would suggest you try nolva instead of AI. since your estro is currently normal, using an AI might crash it. however, nolva just blocks the gyno receptors without changing the circulating levels.

What would you runn nolva at? Any idea why I'm even getting gyno?

I would suggest you start low and see if it helps. 10mg ed for the first wk. 20 the second wk if it persist. And run nolva throughout your next cycle along with a low dose of ai.

Whats causing your gyno? Not sure bro. You could just be prone to it.

I would run a pct with tamox and clomid for 4-6 weeks and have labs run after another 90 days to see were you are at. I would not recomend running another cycle if you may not have recovered from the last one? this will cause more suppression.

K, ill start the nolva at 10 Ed. I know I probally shouldn't run another cycle untill I figure this out, and if I felt different than normal I wouldn't. I think this is more of a problem (low t) that I've always had. Thinking I'll run this next one and try to do everything recover after it. If I'm still low it's looking like trt for me.

Only if you suffer from symptoms. Dont go into trt just to chase the numbers.

I had really low T levels. Did 3 runs of HCG @ 1,000iu EOD for 21 days + 20mg nolva. Read my thread. Raised my test levels from 225 to over 900.

I had a great doctor. Best of luck to you.

I would try everything you can before even considering TRT. At 25 you do not want to be pinning every week for the rest of your life if you can avoid it.
