    Question Pin to the delt question

    2cc's to the delt (1x200mg deca and 1x200mg test) should be alright correct? Same with traps?

    I personally would not go more than 1cc in each delt......But hey , everyone is different. If this is your first time I would suggest 1cc and see how it feels for you.

    done...2 ccs in right with little dullness that seems to be subsiding about 30 mins after stick.

    I have gone 3 cc plenty of times. My delts are'nt all that big.

    I had to build up a tolerance, started off with 1cc and built up to an entire liter of gear!

    Seriously, I do 1-3cc's no prob, but it's all personal preference.
