Hcg needs to be refrigerated correct? So my new source sends premixed? Is this ok since it's a international order?

And double checking math...10000ius broken down to 250ius twice a week will be 20 weeks worth?

I would not get HCG premixed. I would only get it in powder form and mix it myself with bacto water.
