Sorry if this isn't in the right section but these syringes are driving me nuts. Do I read from the very tip of of the plunger or where it goes level? Where it goes level is very difficult to read with gear in the syringe.

Where the rubber plunger "cones down" if you will, the cone on the plunger is used to push the last little bit out.
