just wondering if theres anyway i can reduce puberty gyno without having surgery? its only a small lump but i still want to get rid of it. ive read running nolva or armidex would be my best options so im wondering would you recommend nolva or armidex?

go with nolva, its best for gyno.

start at 40mg ED for 1-2 weeks ( untill u notice a change) then drop down to 20mg ED for 4-6 weeks

i'd go with arimadex firstly i wouldnt try letro until its the last resort as the sides are nasty

if you're not currently on a cycle, you should probably not use ai.

try nolva first.

just clarify ive never done a cycle before, its just from puberty. seems like 40mg of nolva everyday is the way to go. can you squirt it into a glass and shot it?

you mean nolva? yes, there is some risk. i didnt know you're so young. i would suggest you see a doc first to confirm if its really gyno before you do anything. no point going through the risk of nolva when the diagnosis is still not definite. your doc may even have better options for you instead of nolva. good luck!

Looking back i had puberty gyno, i had 2 lumps behind my nipples and they would hurt like hell if you were to pinch them etc. but looking back they just went away?

Back when I was 18, I had that too. I got lumps in my nipples and went to the doctor because I thought I had breast cancer (pretty embarrassing for a dude). I never did any steroids, just puberty. The doctor was pretty worthless and just told me not to worry about it and it wasn't cancer. I wish I had known about gyno back then and had just tried some nolva or something. But, mine eventually went away without taking anything.
