    Core workouts

    So I have a goal set in mind I'm determined to achieve, just need some help. My goals is to be able to do the human flag... I need to work on my core, can any of you help me with some good workouts to help me achieve this goal, I would really appreciate it! Thanks guys/girls!

    Do hanging leg lifts. Use a pull up bar, preferably with neutral grip, pull yourself up half way and hang. Then do three sets of leg lifts as high as you until failure. Also do this with reverse crunches and pull your knees into your chest until failure. This should help build a lot of body weight strength.

    There is a trick to do that an easy way....I don't know it though lol it has to do with hand positions and such

    I do front squats. The day after my whole core always feels tight

    Thanks both of you, I'll start giving these a shot. I'll also look up that easy way or any tricks that there may be to doing this!

    plank, side plank, side bends, hanging leg raise, barbell rollout, couple sets of each once a week and your done

    if you feeling brave then do a giant set with all of the above

    your core gets worked through other exercises aswell, squats being a perfect example but you wont see any visable difference unless your bodyfat is low
