Hello eyeryone, I'm Jeff. 6-1" 290lbs. and have decided to share my progress of fat loss, cardio, lifting, and total testosterone levels, currently 340 ng/dl. With anyone who would listen with hopes of encouragment and advice. Due to a loss of libido and some muscle mass I thought I would get my test. checked and see what was going on. Doc said I'm fine at 340 ng/dl / 41yrs old and a low level would be under 280. Well at first I wasnt too happy with him but hey hes the doc right. And do I really wanna be on HRT and shut down the gonads for good? I decided to be honest with myself and look at all the factors effecting my testosterone. Make some changes and get it checked again. So now with hours of reading behind me I know that weight is a big factor so gotta lose some, rest is a big factor and I average 5 hrs a nite so that needs to change. And lastly, my can have an effect on it so no more tramadol for me. As for training I am gonna keep it simple. Treadmill and dumbells. fast paced walk for 5 min. hop off do 10-15 push-ups, 10-15 squats (with the help of a ski rope I nailed to the wall) curls, lat raises, and whatever else I fell like doing that day. Then right back on treadmill. repeat 3 x with a total time of at least 20 min on treadmill . 3 or 4 weeks of this and I'll see how I feel and what I want to do as far as training gos . the main goal is weight loss.
