    What are the best exercises to work zones 1 e 2 from the chest in the image?

    Incline's..Incline DB presses, incline BB presses, incline DB flies. Throw some cables in there as well.

    And i'm a big believer in flat bench DB presses.

    heavy flys bro... try difference in variations on angle of flys too.. incline dumbell and flat. try to concentrate on exaclty filling that section or flexing it as u push. Ive noticed the more you connect it to your mind the better the result. and yes.. incline dumbells as well..

    I may get scolded for this comment, but I don't really think you can target a certain part or section of the chest. The chest grows as one. I think you should stick to whatver exercises give you the biggest all around chest, and the lagging areas will grow along with it.

    But I'm sure you don't think that way for the other muscles, right? For example for back you have Cable Seated Low Row for lower back and Neutral-Grip Pullup for upper back

    Why would chest be different?
