While your liver enzymes are slightly elevated they are nothing to worry about and an MRI is over kill and/or some one looking to make a few bucks on a needless test.
As noted, two to three times elevated over a consistent period of time would warrant such a test.
Total Testosterone levels at 360 pg/ml, while within the reference range, is at a level for a man in his 70's and not a man at 28 years of age who should be peaking right now.
Your Doc doesn't know what he's looking at...he's just looking at reference ranges.
