Have always been a meat head,weightlifter, played ball in school and have a fountain of knowledge on legitimate things like bcaa's protein supps etc.... but now I'm 30 my growth has slowed due to father time diggin in for the first time.I basically need to know what I need to buy.how much to buy, how much to take,the best place to get it. My regimen is sick but I'm having trouble putting on stacked muscle I can build lean all day long but I want that sick frankenstein arnold at the olympias look.I'm willing to put the work in I just need a lil guidance.Oh and my waistline has been creeping up regardless of sets,changing up what I do or modifying diet Ive just hit a lull.Please help,
