Goals = leaner/faster/slightly stronger..
Looking for a) advice on timing of HgH and b) a general cycle review.

Just started 2/iu HgH ED (2 days off). In a week, will up to 3/iu ED possibly 4 iu. This will continue for months.
Also just started 250mg/week Test E - and 50mcg T4 ED.
Taking the T4 at night. Ez. Taking the test, whenever. Ez.
The timing of Hgh is causing a problem. I have long distance training in morning. up early, eat to fuel workout. Read not good to take carbs near Hgh.
Then, I need to eat AFTER workout to refuel for second workout of the day.
I need some informed thoughts here. Thoughts about Hgh - Carb - Insulin relationship.
Also .. not related to my timing questions ..I recently read a nice clean scoop of whey (without carbs) at night really aides HgH production at night. Any thoughts?
