    HGH TIMING - Unique situation - Cycle Review

    Hey Gang.

    39 y.o male. Cyclist.
    75kg. 182 cm
    Goals = leaner/faster/slightly stronger..

    Looking for a) advice on timing of HgH and b) a general cycle review.
    **Please only reply with knowledgeable answers, not speculation. The more scientific based, the better. Thanks.

    Just started 2/iu HgH ED (2 days off). In a week, will up to 3/iu ED possibly 4 iu. This will continue for months.
    Also just started 250mg/week Test E - and 50mcg T4 ED.

    Taking the T4 at night. Ez. Taking the test, whenever. Ez.

    The timing of Hgh is causing a problem. I have long distance training in morning. up early, eat to fuel workout. Read not good to take carbs near Hgh.
    Then, I need to eat AFTER workout to refuel for second workout of the day.

    I need some informed thoughts here. Thoughts about Hgh - Carb - Insulin relationship.

    Also .. not related to my timing questions ..I recently read a nice clean scoop of whey (without carbs) at night really aides HgH production at night. Any thoughts?

    Really? No replies? Is this because of a lack of interest or a lack of knowledge pertaining to the post? Anyone out there?

    The reason for no carbs is because of insulin resistance that the gh causes. Honestly the actual resistance last a long time. So tech. its not all clear a hour or so later. So you could do the hgh at night and not worry about it.
    Or just take it whens convenient. You taking a relatively low dose of hgh. Your training will help insulin sensitivity. So its not something i would stress over

    thanks, gixxerboy1 ... makes sense. Thinking will get into a routine of taking it hour after first session. Wake up. Train. Return home to high protein brekky. Inject. Wait an hour and fuel up for second workout with low GI carbs.

    MadRunner - can you tell us about your cycle and results. What scheduled did you end up running with your HGH, training and eating. Very interested.
