    Anavar training critique please!!

    Helloooo ladies! So i'm on my second week of anavar and i'm taking a split of 5 mgs a day (2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the afternoon)
    I'm eating at a calorie deficit. Also have two high carb days
    As for training i am doing 1 hour of cardio a day, 6 days a week and weight training 4 times a week (6 sets per major body part)
    My goal is to not bulk but i would like to look cut and maintaining as much muscle as possible! I've been eating clean and training for a few years now and i want to move on to the next level.

    How does my training look to you? Do i need to change up anything or am i on the right track?
    Some advice and critique would be awesome!

    welcome Zena! I am not a pro, but seems that your body may have become accustomed to your current diet and exercise routine. For me anyway, I have to switch it up once in a while : ). Do you know your bf%?

    The max a female should use with var is ten Mg a day, so if you would like try ten a day.also try leg lifts

    You might try to post in different section as this is for new member's. But your training looks good and you might bump up your Var dose to 10mg/day if you notice a plateau but I bet you gain well on your current plan.
