Helloooo ladies! So i'm on my second week of anavar and i'm taking a split of 5 mgs a day (2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the afternoon)
I'm eating at a calorie deficit. Also have two high carb days
As for training i am doing 1 hour of cardio a day, 6 days a week and weight training 4 times a week (6 sets per major body part)
My goal is to not bulk but i would like to look cut and maintaining as much muscle as possible! I've been eating clean and training for a few years now and i want to move on to the next level.
How does my training look to you? Do i need to change up anything or am i on the right track?
Some advice and critique would be awesome!
