    Bi question

Ok so, I'm still having problems with my biceps. Today was bi/shoulders. I did regular warm up 25#x15 on ez bar 3x. Then drop sets with 45db 12/10/8/6 8sec rest in between. Seated dB curls 45's again 10/10/8/8. 50# on the ez 4 sets of 21's...not getting results. Some advice pls!

How long have you been doing this?
why are you resting inbetween the dropsets?

I train biceps once a week. I've been doing this routine 2 months. I was told that was protocol to rest 8-10 sec I between sets on drop set..? Is this incorrect?

no resting inbetween dropsetting, take some weight off and hit it straight away and pump those bi's until they explode. Warm up over 2 sets then go straight into the dropsetting. Do 2 sets which would be dropsets after the warm up sets. Decrease the weight as you drop sets and stop rest pausing them see if that helps.

Just measured my bicep. 17" started and 15.75" binging of cycle. I.75" in 7 weeks seems minimal.. I would like to get to 19.5 -20" by the en of cycle.

Your doing great and it would be a miracle for you to get to 20" from 17" to be honest

Dude 1.75" in 7 weeks is awesome! It's good to set high goals but 20" is a lofty goal given the time frame.

Hey, I had the same problem. Wasn't getting any results after doing the same routine for so long. Switch it up a bit.
I JUST started following this routine with some modifications and these REALLY target those peaks if you get your form right.

im surprised no one has mentioned this but no use being a bicep monkey, your tri's make up 2/3 of your arm. You going all out like this on bis only means your hitting 1/3 of your arms.

    Hit triceps more:
    skull crushers
    tricep pushdown
    close grip bench
