I sweat alot more than the average person when I am doing anything.
Is there anything I can take or do differently to decrease it?
I hate being absolutely drenched and leaving the machines soaked.
I thought profuse sweating was only for fat people?
Me:
- Never cycled anything yet
- 25 Years old
- 175 Lbs
- ~11% bodyfat (could be lower, its been a while since I tested)
Supplements:
- Whey
- Casein before bed
- Creatine pre-workout
- BCAA in the morning and before bed
- Occasionally CRAZE pre-workout mix
I sweat alot just lifting way more than anybody else. When I do cardio I sweat even more, I try to do cardio 3X a week for 45 mins.
Do some people just plain have this problem?
I know Creatine holds water but I have this problem without creatine as well.
