    Angry Heavy sweating, perspiration pools. Looking for advice

    I sweat alot more than the average person when I am doing anything.
    Is there anything I can take or do differently to decrease it?
    I hate being absolutely drenched and leaving the machines soaked.
    I thought profuse sweating was only for fat people?

    Me:
    • Never cycled anything yet
    • 25 Years old
    • 175 Lbs
    • ~11% bodyfat (could be lower, its been a while since I tested)


    Supplements:
    • Whey
    • Casein before bed
    • Creatine pre-workout
    • BCAA in the morning and before bed
    • Occasionally CRAZE pre-workout mix


    I sweat alot just lifting way more than anybody else. When I do cardio I sweat even more, I try to do cardio 3X a week for 45 mins.
    Do some people just plain have this problem?
    I know Creatine holds water but I have this problem without creatine as well.

    How much water are you drinking? I know when i'm on tren i use melatonin at night to help w/the night sweats. Doesn't completely stop them but it does help.

    Im the same even warm ups its flowing, im not too worried about it but good to see if anyone has any ideas

    hyperhydrosis pal. i have it also due to severing the sympathetic nerve chain in my spine after a bad car smash. very little you can do, in summer weatehr i have to coat pretty much all of me in dricolor.

    its shit and a horrible condition, but your stuck with it. dont take any of the oral meds for it, the sides are unbearable, ive tried them all. anyhow, google hyperhydrosis and read up

    I drink more than a gallon for sure. I am ALWAYS thirsty, its really annoying when im gettin down to business with the girl and I have to stop for a water break. I sometimes take melatonin to sleep but I take like 8mg and still doesnt make me very sleepy.



    Ah wow thanks. Yeah sounds like it. They talk alot of isolated areas. I sweat everywhere profusely, hands, feet, shins, head mainly.
