According to calculations done last december when I was down to 193 lbs, I was roughly at an LBM of 160 lbs, but I hated getting as weak as I was. But now I really dislike how that looks. so out of 35 lbs gained 7 lbs was muscle? Sounds like some terrible progress to me in terms of body composition, or the LBM of 160 was really high. Apparently eating according to my appetite is bad for me. Not all of it was healthy obviously, but I never eat fast food, as it doesn't exist where I live, I just eat a lot. I overall like where i am now better than at 193, I still felt fat then but add feeling weak on top of it. Also for instance my arm measurement at 193 was 15.5 inches, and now it is back up to 17 inches, like it was last time i weighed 230 couple years ago. I would like to think my composition is better this time around, strength is. i slowly went down from that 230 to 210 about a year ago and hit a big PR on bench even during my slow process of losing weight and maintaining my strength.
I'd like to use anabolics to help me in my goals, but maybe I need to modify those goals, and how I can use anabolics to reach them. Depending on who I asked regarding what process to take would yield me different paths.
