I am about to start my first 12 week cycle of Test-E 250mg/ml at 500mg per week (2ml once a week) (Apotek). Have 3ml syringe with 20gx1.5 for drawing and 25gx1.5 for injection. Planning to alternate glutes for injection. I have Nolvadex which I plan to begin on week 16-17 at 40mg a day (2 per day) and week 18-19 at 20mg a day (1 per day) to complete the cycle.

Close to a year ago my test levels were checked and were in the mid 300's early morning. From what I understand this is terrible.
As most do, I feel my diet and water intake is in check. Here is a basic overview and example of my diet.
7:30am:
In blender
1/2 cup Quaker oats
1 scoop of protein
1 tsp of peanut butter
10oz Black Coffee
multi vitamin
3 1g fish oil caps
2 CLA caps
1 1g Flaxseed oil caps
10:30pm:
3-4oz cut of meat (fish, chicken breast, lean steak)
1/2 cup of whole grain brown rice
slice of avocado
1:30pm:
1 slice whole grain bread
1 tsp peanut butter
3 1g fish oil caps
2 CLA caps
1 1g Flaxseed oil cap
20oz green tea
3:00pm:
3-4oz cut of meat (fish, chicken breast, lean steak)
1/2 cup of whole grain brown rice
slice of avocado
Multi vitamin
6:30pm:
3-4oz cut of meat (fish, chicken breast, lean steak)
veggies (broccoli, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, etc.)
slice of avocado
3 1g fish oil caps
2 CLA caps
1 1g Flaxseed oil cap
10:00pm:
1 scoop casein

Roughly 1,700 - 2,000 calories a day.
Drink at least a gallon of water not including coffee and green tea.
Gym cycle is usually something like this:
Day 1: Evening: Chest, Triceps, Abs, 25 minutes cardio
Day 2: Evening: Back, Biceps, Shoulders, 25 minutes cardio
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Morning: 45 minutes cardio
Day 5: Evening: Legs, 30 minutes cardio
Day 6: Morning: 45 minutes cardio
Day 7: Off
Few misc questions I am having a hard time getting clear answers on:
1.) I currently do no have anything in hand for AI if said gyno symptoms/side begin. Should I be concerned with this at 500mg a week? If so, how should I handle this?
2.) I see a lot of post suggesting getting your blood work done. Is this to check your current test levels or are there other things I need to be concerned with checking pre and post cycle?
3.) How long after the cycle (including PCT) should I wait before getting my test levels checked again to confirm my natural levels have returned?
4.) Any recommendations on diet? How much calorie increase should I plan for once I start the cycle (I was planning to add 1 scoop protein in between meals; 3-4 additional scoops a day).
5.) Should I increase by calorie intake in week 2-3 or should I increase my calorie intake on day 1.
6.) Is there anything I am missing or any recommendations you find important regarding safety, injection location, PCT, etc.
