i work out in the am and would take my dbol with my protein shake when i wake up an hour or so earlier. you're probably not going to notice anything until it's had several days or a week to start working. how did you come to decide on 25 and 25? i would take several smaller doses throughout the day as it clears out pretty quickly, 25mg at a time just seems like you are asking for sides.

50mgs is a big dose. 20mgs before workout is more than enough. 30-40mgs total is all i take.
