Its important to remember that more is NOT NOT NOT better when it comes to testosterone replacement for quality of life. If that was the case you would have most doctors going higher and the anecdotes on the forum world to support it. But the reverse is true... once we get too high we see a reversal of improvement and typically anxiety is one of the common things. Now I'm not saying that your problem is definitely too high testosterone, but if I was you and the recent changes you made, id definitely suspect it.
Also, nipple sensitivity is subjective. When I get gyno symptoms I never get sensitive nipples but I might get some slight itchiness and definitely puffiness over time. Everyone is different and some people can get high e2 (sky high) and never get nipple issues. Nipples are not the only thing influenced by e2
The good news is, is that if you belieive you have gone too high, then now you are one step closer to being in your optimal dosage!
