    Dbols half life

So if dbol only has a 4 hour half life you should be taking them every 4 hours. @40 mg that would be 8am,12pm,4pm and 8pm.. Giving you a 12hr window with out loading again. Is this an issue? Everything you read is about maintaining blood levels etc, wouldn't this give you "spikes" in the chemical levels?

You can easily get by with 1-2 doses per day. All the Dbol is not gone after the half-life is reached.

the issue for me with this is that two doses per day means larger doses, larger doses means an increase in negative sides e.g. higher blood pressure, acne, water retention etc.

Every 4 hours might be a little excessive. Every 8 will be fine. Some people say that twice a day is fine too. I do morning, pre workout and evening.

The active life of a compound varies but is usually around 2x the half life. For example dbols active life is 6-8 hrs ..So you can easily get away with 2-3 doses / day.
