N O products clean out your blood

Grasping for straws here but want to know if anyone has had this experience.

Talked to this guy one time about N O products at length for 20 minutes. Former powerlifter and amateur strong man competitor. Honest, respectable person who I believe would not lie about this (had no reason to).

He goes into this story about how he went to the doctor and had his vitals and blood tested, and it came back shitty. I don't know crap about blood so I'm paraphrasing, but he's like his arteries are clogged with fat and hes got high blood pressure and cholestorol and shit in his blood that people out of shape get. He gets on something who knows Jack3d or NO explode or Napalm or C4 extreme or Black Powder I dont remember which one he said. He takes it for a couple of months. He goes back to the doctor and all that nasty shit is cleared out of his blood. He also claims he made significant strength gains on the stuff cycling it week on couple weeks off.

Is there any truth to what he said? I'm not saying this is the cure all to cancer. I honestly believe these products create stress on the heart along with the majority of the shit we talk about, meaning if you abuse the stuff it can lead to your death. A lot of this stuff is likely hard on the kidneys and liver as well. However, I think there could be truth to what he said about it cleaning out the blood and arteries.

Fasting is a good way of detoxing your body, it's actually advised a person should do at least one detox fast per year.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cleaning the blood"?

Plaque build up, there's not too much you can do about it in the short term. Sorry, OTC products are not going to improve this.

Cholesterol? Coming off aas improves your lipid profile. There are a variety of things you can take as well to improve here. Typically they are fiber products, certain veggies, and certain meds.

Arteries do not get clogged with fat. They can get clogged with plaque build up. see two lines up.

CDP. These are some pretty vague comments/statements you are making. If you want an honest analysis, at least figure out which products he was talking about. Then we can dissect the ingredients list and figure this out.
