    Sleepy

Before everything thanks to you all experts of the forum for the advices you've been giving me.

    Now the question:

Since I started my cycle 2 weeks ago on test enanthate I feel sleppy all the day, even after a night with 10 hours sleep.
I just continue training because I'm strong mentally and I know I cannot miss my trains, but believe me I never have will to go.

On another cycle I made with test with a short ester this sleep never occurred.

Any reasons why this is hapenning?

Its common... it will pass after a few weeks.. your body is adjusting and the levels are trying to get balanced leaving you with mood swings, hotflashes, fatigue.. it will pass... good luck with your cycle

When was the last time you took a break? Does your diet need tweaked? I would look at those rather than the test. And i'm like TR, test does the opposite.

Nop. But I have nolvadex at home 20mg pill. Should I take it?

    Thanks.
What do you mean by a break? A week? A day?
Diet tweaked like eating more carbs and sugars?

    I would run armidex/liquidex @ .25 mg eod.
    Could be estrogen.

    Thanks.

What's the cientific though behind that instead of nolvadex? I ask this because I have nolvadex at home and would have to buy armidex/liquidex.

You will still want to run the AI adex .25 eod. The nolvadex is for PCT you should have that and clomid on hand.
