Deca dosage

Hey guys quick question. I will be doing 300mg of deca a week in my next cycle. Just wondering if I should split 150mg Monday 150mg Thursday or just 300mg on Monday? Thanks guys

Thanks guys I don't mind pinning the test e and the deca in separate syringes. But is it possible to mix them in the same syringe and if it is is there a certain way to do it?

Yes of course you can mix the oils together

No disadvantage. Advantage is that you don't have to give yourself a second, needless injection.
