    suggestions welcome

    Hey guys wanted to give my current stats and I'm open to suggestions. Started first cycle two weeks ago. Tren-e 100 mg stacked masturon 100mg. Current weight 212 lbs 6ft 3 14.4 % bmi about to start second half of my cycle switched to tren -a , test prop , and masturon looking for single digit bmi %

    Why are switching from long esters to short esters after 2 weeks?????

    You did not mention any test in the first part of your cycle....

    stop and do pct. then read the educational stickies, and ask questions in the Q&A forum. inform yourself with proper knowledge before beginning another cycle. this is a mess bro.

    I don't understand this cycle. Can you please state your age, and breakdown your cycle by dosages per week and for how many weeks?

    I'm not sure about your cycle mate. Personally, i'd never start with a long esther and then switch to a short esther two weeks later.

    Typically, you can front load a cycle running short esthers and long esthers simultaneously, then dropping the short esthers after 2 to 4 weeks, depending. Or you could back load a cycle and switch from long esthers to short esthers after about ten weeks or so. So the switching of esthers doesnt' make sense to me.

    Additionally, the first two weeks you ran without test, but a mild 100mg ea of mast/tren. What was the purpose of this?

    then you dropped the tren, and picked up test. The good thing is you picked up the test. But dropping a long esther like tren e after only two weeks means you probably won't see any benefit from the tren at all. And tren is expensive, so this brings me back to my first thought, why tren only two weeks?

    Next you say you've ran tren/mast for the first two weeks, and then the second "half" you will run test/mast. Does this mean the second "half" is only two weeks? Are you being inprecise in your description?

    Really confused what it is you are trying to accomplish mate.

    What are your goals?

    Ideally, since you stated this is your first cycle, i would have rather seen 500mg test e or c for 12 weeks or 500mg test p for 8 weeks.

    You need to stop. THat is not a cycle its injecting random abouts of different steroids. What you are doing is horrible for you an not going to get you to single digit bf. Your more then likely going to cause some harm to yourself
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I know, right?! I notice this all the time. Op makes a post and gets 73 responses, but never responds. Maybe they are too embarrassed when they find out they basically have been fking everything up.

    This is advice i got from my co worker. I picjed up today another batch of masturon 100mg tren a 100mg. And sustonon 250 if u got suggestions I'm open I'm new to juicing and just trying to accompkish same things most of yall have get big

    A good and consistent diet and training program?

    You should take it easy with the drugs and go back to basics or you will hurt yourself more than you are doing anything beneficial. No disrespect but drugs isn't what separates "the big guys" from "the skinny guys". If you don't understand this you are going to be truly disappointed.

    Diet is oatmeal , egg whites this week is no carbs grilled chicken ,salmon, gladiator protein shakes from smoothie king. I'm really watching carb count and calorie count

    Keep going natural! It takes time, be patient

    Those get buff in 6 weeks ads are bullsh1t. It's all about diet and exercise and not about a magic drug.

    Are you still getting sore from every work-out? Did you post your exact diet in the nutrition section to have them look at it?

    Ok here is the skinny a lot of the dosage amt i put were wrong as hell so i have two friends running this cycle i understand the tren is not for rookies for the effects ur body could have I'm doing an 8 week cycle but see if this makes more sense I'm on a phone typing so t nine might be an issue ill try to spell check ck

    1-8 wks sus250 1mg mon and thurs
    1-3 tren e then 3-8 wks tren a 100 at 3/4 a mg EOD
    1-8 wks mast100 at 1.5 mg EOD

    Post i was getting winny or nolva with tboosters

    I have a 5-6 day week gym visit and am just looking for advice not lectures i am researching but there is so much bs out there its hard to decipher if ur gonna be a jackass then don't post but if u want to give suggestions pkease give me the why and what u would do

    If you continue what you are doing I will promise you results! The result will be that you will be back on here in 3-5 months asking why you can't get errect, why you lost all of your gains, why you feel so depressed and why didn't you listen! I will promise those results!!

    I did talk to my guy here told me i am doing to much and changed my plan here to educate myself i listej o everyone just like to understand why and no one does that i called a guy i know who is a twenty yr gear and got what i needed thanks
