i apologize for asking this question i don't want people to think i haven't done my own research, but i cant seem to find a lot of information on HCG and what its for.i understand or think i do at least that it helps jump start you into producing natural hormones again but is it nesacry to use it in a cycle or after. or can i just use nolva and clomid for my pct and an ai while on my cycle. any added info would be helpfull

HCG is used to prevent testicular atrophy and helps you recover faster. Use it on cycle @ 250iu twice weekly.

I've seen it said that every third day is better. Anyone have any input on this? Is it worth the extra shot or??

Twice weekly is every 3.5 days. Not much different than every three days. I take it Saturday morning and Tuesday evening.
