Alright broskis, brosephs, bros, broz, bras, brojebus' this is it.
In the past month or so I've been struck with an infection, a cold, a flu, a very serious problem at the bank that took up all my time to rectify, and just general non support from family.
Well enough is enough, I've clarified all the BS and taken care of everything, kicked the flu, cold, and infection, so on so forth. FINALLY I CAN START MY DIET. Yes, I haven't been able to properly maintain it yet... I know, it's been forever.
In anycase, today October 1, is day 1. This morning I weighed in at 291lbs. Now my BF% is unknown as I can't seem too locate anyone who does hydrostatic weighing so.. Ill go with 30-35% In any case my diet has been worked through and perfected.
My daily plan is:
30 min of fasted cardio
Meal 1
Gym
Meal 2
Meal 3
45min moderate cardio with HIIT at the beginning an end
Meal 4
Meal 5
Meal 6
SEX
Sleep
I will not post times as I work shift work and that just gets hectic and what not but yes, on say shifts I will be getting up at 3AM for fasted cardio.
My weekly routine is:
Day1 chest
Day2 back
Day3 hams/quads/calves
Day4 Delts/traps
Day5 biceps/triceps
Day6 off+cardio
Day7 either restart with day 1 or extra off if needed(+cardio)
