Hey all! I 'm 28 5'9"ish 165lbs. I am looking for some type of plan to build up my body and get cut at the same time if that is possible? I have been lifting for over 12 years and eat well! I take protein before my workout and after also finish the day with casien protein before bed. I ca take any type of criticism so if that is all wrong please tell me! I wanna get over 170lb! what is best for me? thank you for taking time to help!
